Virus Checking

Every file in this Library has been virus-checked using the most up-to-date virus definitions. However, my advice to you is to virus-check everything that you download from the Internet. Whenever I download any file, I put it into a special "quarantine" folder, and before I open it, I run my virus checker over this folder. When everything checks out OK, I move the file to wherever I want.

Computer Compatibility

Sorry, Mac users, but I have decided that I will not make everything in this Library 'Mac Compatible'. Many items can only be used by PC owners. I identify the type of each file, so you can decide whether or not you can use it. Sometimes the file is a PDF file (readable by Macs) but in a zip file (for download speed) which some Mac users may be able to open.

How To View Zip Files And PDF Files - Free Downloads

Many people have both Winzip and the free Adobe Acrobat Reader already installed on their computers. Winzip is a utility which enables you to "unpack" .zip files (which compress files to make them smaller and quicker to download). You can download a free 'evaluation' copy from here.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free utility which enables you to read "PDF" files. A free download of this is available from here.
